Rifna Chandra is a cinematographer from Jakarta, Indonesia. He studied film at the Jakarta Institute of Arts with a focus on cinematography. His latest film, Throughout These Cages (Sekat Sekat), premiered at the 30th Busan International Film Festival in the Asian Short Film Competition.
