Summary

The film is based on the life of Nisakhan, a folk artist from Kuche County in Xinjiang. It chronicles her lifelong dedication to preserving Kuche folk songs while confronting conservative forces and religious extremism in the old society, showcasing her artistic contribution of collecting and compiling over 300 folk songs.
