Summary

Kazan (Koji Matoba) is a detective in the organized crime division, but he lives by no rules—raiding gambling dens, starting fights during interrogations, and refusing to be bound by the system. Haunted by a past he doesn’t want to face, Kazan continues his reckless pursuit of evil. One day, his only true partner, veteran detective Utagawa (Hitoshi Ozawa), dies in an accident.
