Summary

Robert Neville, a scientist who failed to halt the spread of a devastating, man‑made and incurable virus, now stands as the last known human survivor in the ruins of New York City—and possibly the entire world. Immune to the infection, he has spent three years broadcasting daily radio messages in the hope of reaching anyone else who might have survived. Yet despite the silence, Neville is not truly alone.
