Summary

Jerin had no intention of visiting patients at the Sonai Chara tea estate. She had just passed her MBBS a few days ago. Her mind was set—Senior Doctor Marzana Apu would handle the patients, and Jerin would focus on studying for a few days. Her MD entrance exam was coming up. But fate had other plans. By chance, Marzana couldn’t make it. So Jerin was left alone in a remote, network-less tea estate, far from the city. One by one, she encountered strange events. She discovered that the local dispensary stocked only paracetamol. If someone died, there was no doctor who could guarantee survival. On the way to the cemetery, the “dead” sometimes sat up—an unusual but not unheard-of occurrence here.
