Summary

Set in the 1920’s of Chihuahua, Mexico, this is a story of Octavio de Leon’s passion to be a charitable and just governor of his country. With the help of his wife, Milagros, and his loving family, he must overcome the temptation of taking advantage of a poor and newly revolutionized country.
